PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Aug. 19-21:
* Glen Paul Siegrist, 1061 1/2 39th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $170.25 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $50 Civil Penalty to the Vienna Wal-Mart. He is also not allowed back on Wal-Mart property.
* Jonathan David Lowden, 1008 30th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of destruction of property and conspiracy. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Jacob Matthew Helmick-Williams, 1403 Spring St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of being a person prohibited possessing firearms and two counts of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II Narcotic. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Phillip Wayne Duley, 252 Lenore St.,Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of failure to register or provide notice of registration changes (Life Registration). The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Cassie Jo Cassidy, 2813 Soyer St. Apt 7, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for seven counts of forgery/uttering. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Matthew J. Queen, 734 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and held on $25,000 bond.
* Gary Damarrea Porter, 1122 Kenmore Blvd., Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (Fentanyl) with intent to deliver and transporting controlled substances into the state (Fentanyl) and held on $75,000 bond.
* Brayden Scott Brewster, 4308 Uhl St., Parkersburg, obstruction, battery of a police officer, stalking, daytime burglary and six counts of violating a protective order. He was held on $100,000 bond.
* Kathy Sue McDonald, 711 Riverfront Lot 102, Hockingport, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer, obstruction, public intoxication and failure to process. She was released on $3,000 bond.
* Alyssa Cierra Francis, 163 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operator’s license and having no insurance and released on $500 bond.
* Destiny Renee Baker, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.
* Angela Beth Eldridge, 39888 SR 26, Graysville, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of aggravated DUI and held on $2,500 bond.
* Dakota Leigh Hiley, 3543 Tick Ridge Rd., Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver Meth, possession with intent to deliver Fentanyl, a capias warrant for having no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended license. He was held on $200,000 bond.
* Ashton Jeffrey Dugan, 1046 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and released on $100,000 bond.
* Dakota Wayne McCune, 1335 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and held on $100,000 bond.
* Chadrick Arnold Parsons, 102 Strimer Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI and destruction of property. He was released on $1,000 bond.
* David Eugene Miller, 613 Crystal Lake Way, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing in a placard structure and released on $500 bond.
* Joshua Eric Mercy, 606 Jameson St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and held on $2,000 bond.
* Elizabeth Sujata Demattia, 1211 East Poplar St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of having a expired MVI sticker and failure to produce an operator’s license. She was released on $100 bond.
* David Scott Armstrong, 55 Kitt Drive, Waterford, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and defective equipment. He was released on $2,000 bond.
* Christian Dangelo Rodriguez, 23 Westview Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, obstruction and failure to fingerprint. He was released on $2,000 bond.
* Isaac Dante Blair, 309 Wood St., Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Garrett Layne Honse, 201 Westwood Way, Washington, was arraigned on charge of having expired MVI and expired registration. He was released on $200 bond.
* Casey Charles Lehew, 818 32nd St., Parkersburg, second-offense shoplifting and a capias warrant for receiving/transferring stolen goods. He was held on $7,000 bond.
* Chad C. True, 17 Ash Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of unlawful disposal of litter greater than 500 pounds and released on $5,000 bond.
* Spring Diane Stoops, 877 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on $500 bond.
* Brenda Kay Roberts, 504 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on three counts of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.
* Faith Marie Wolfe, 2483 Slate Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to littering from a vehicle and fined $270.25. She had a charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed. She was able to provide proof of insurance.
* Harold E. Berry, 266 Meadows Drive, Clendenin W.Va., pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone and fined $190.25.
* Helen Lynn Cunningham, 1308 Williamson Ave., New Matamoras, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. She had a charge of having no insurance dismissed.
* Jimmy Lee Persinger, 24455 Lake Shore Blvd., Euclid, had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection sticker, failure to register a female dog and having an unregistered female pit bull dismissed.
* Monica R. Amrick, 245 Willard Road, Vienna, had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed.
* Devan Austin Barker, 1292 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, had a charge of operating a vehicle without registration and having no proof of insurance dismissed.
* Shaun Lee Murray, Route 3, Dandyville, had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed.
* Michael Duane Copen, 736 Doe Creek Road, Mineral Wells, had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and driving without registration dismissed.
* Michael Anthony Offenberger, 11588 Veto Road, Marietta, had charges of having improper registration and third-offense driving on a suspended license dismissed. On the charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license, the citation was over a year old and no warrant was issued.
